We’re excited to announce an all-new audio format for a weekly 30-minute broadcast, available any time on your phone, tablet, laptop or other device! This new program, Sentinel Watch, will feature a topic of current interest each week. The week’s new program begins airing on Fridays at 9:30 a.m. Pacific time.
This week’s topic is Overcoming traumatic memories fully and finally — you’re invited to tune in while you’re on your way to work, out running errands, or just enjoying a quiet time at home.
Does our past have to determine our future? It is good to know that it doesn’t, including when we have gone through some traumatic event and memories want to linger. Our contributors have experienced that tendency of the human mind to be caught up in replaying different emotional and physical experiences. But they have found a spiritual “off” button, by which a clearer consciousness of what God truly creates enables us to be freed from any power that the past claims to hold over the possibilities of the present.
We have a right to be free from even the most difficult memories. And we are looking at how to prove that divine right on the next edition of Sentinel Watch.
The host of the new program is Tony Lobl, who has been writing and broadcasting on Christian Science for three decades. Beside written and recorded pieces regularly appearing in Christian Science publications he has also had pieces published by national and global news outlets and has been interviewed by radio stations and podcast producers on three continents. Tony found Christian Science in his early twenties and became a Christian Science practitioner in 2004. He and his wife Jenny live in London.
